Armand Bayou Nature Center offers unique opportunities for the photographer to capture that great photograph!
Our guided walks provide you with an overview of this natural habitat, that is sure to trigger your creativity. Be on the lookout for deer, birds, reptiles, insects, small mammals and perhaps even a rare bobcat or coyote. Native flora offers an ever changing landscape throughout the seasons. The Martyn Farm offers a snapshot of the late 1800's farm life in Texas.
Our knowledgeable guides are familiar with ABNC's history, ecosystems and trails. During the walk, the guides will identify flora and fauna, and give you a new appreciation of the magnificent scenery and photo opportunities offered at the Nature Center.
Guided Photo Hikes are offered monthly. Camera required.
Minimum age 12 years old - no exceptions. Members $10 per person; Non-members $12
